I was keen to see how the RED journal might help with self-worth and a sense of purpose. While written exercises are something I normally avoid, I did them all. I found myself opening up and looking at how I am creating a better version of myself. What I enjoyed most about this journal was the creative exercises especially the board focusing on what I love. Easy to understand and follow, flows beautifully into each section, which kept my attention.

I have read many self-help books, but these journals are a lot clearer and easier to manage, especially with the step-by-step approach. The writing is nice and clear and in laymen's terms and the colours and little pictures are simple yet effective. This is exactly how I would prefer to read self-help books as I cannot be bothered reading all the scientific and technical hoo haa about how things work. They are fun, easy activities that don't feel like I have to pop a brain cell to complete them!

Thank you for teaching me how I can release the thoughts that harm me. I wasn't even aware I was having these thoughts when I started my red journal and now that I have noticed how often I say bad things to myself, I have been able to change them. My life has changed so much in such a short time.

Sharon Dawn thank you so much!! Aww I love that I am drawing in my journal. I never thought I would do that. I think the red journal is really good and works well as it is formatted in a way that is easy to follow. Each of the exercises is inviting to do and it's good that you have given plenty of room for people to write or draw. I enjoyed this, it was interesting and everyone who does it will have a shit this is for me moment. Good luck, you’ve done a great job.

This Creative Healing Journal is designed to help individuals improve the quality of their lives. Keeping a journal is a great idea as it can help with stress, depression and anxiety. I am delighted these journals incorporate creative thinking as well as creative activities. I believe it gives a richer, deeper reward to user.
